Simple Meditation Exercise

Most people allow themselves to retain memories of the negative experiences they have
throughout their lives. We keep the worry, guilt, anger and regret locked away,
where these thoughts continuously manifest as depression, unhappiness and illness.
With the utilization of this simple technique, negative energies will be released from the mind, body and soul,
resulting in a “ cleansed “ and light feeling, along with a healthier body.
With a little practice, this simple meditative exercise can bring you into a new state of peace and joy.

We'll find a quiet place where we will not be disturbed during this meditative time.
We will sit quietly and comfortably. Slowly take a few deep cleansing breaths, inhaling through
the nose, holding the breath for 3 seconds, then exhaling through pursed lips in a long
and extended exhale. We will repeat this process slowly. Beginning with the bottom of your
feet, RELAX every muscle, all the way up to the top of your head.
Whenever you feel a tense area in your body, concentrate on releasing the stress out of that area.
As you continue breathing slowly,
visualize positive energies coming into you with every inhale,
and the negative energies being released with every exhale. Allow your body to become completely taken over
with relaxation. Every single particle of your physical and mental being should be relaxed. Allow your negative thoughts
to be removed with every single exhale. As you continue to inhale, envision the divine light from above filling you
from the top of your head ( known as the fontanel ) and out from the tips of your fingers and toes.With a little practice, this simple meditative exercise can bring you into a new state of peace and joy.
